*Emergency Dental Plan - How it Works:

1. Find a provider in your area from our provider list 
2. Apply online you will be emailed a Careington care Temporary ID card within 30 minutes (check your email).
3. Schedule your dentist appointment with a Careington Provider AS SOON AS POSSIBLE during their normal business hours.
4. Take your Careington Temporary ID with you to your appointment.
5. Your Dentists will contact the number on your Careington Temporary ID to validate your membership.

* Note: The dentist office must be open and accepting patients to use our plan. Please check with a local provider to be sure they're taking new patients.
